I wondered if they had purchased all that land; I noticed on the HDRC agenda a couple of months ago that they were putting temporary offices on the Oak Farms land.
We know/assume the boutique hotel is going up at the main building, so hopefully this means that more residential is going in on this side; this also prevents "the other side" of the river effect, which was how it was shaping out (until now.)
It now gives some momentum to the Broadway corridor and over to the St. Mary's corridor/Tobin Hill.
