Yep. Looks like it will be one of those self-rising core-form systems (fairly standard these days for a building of this height).

Looking at the cam, rebar is above ground and they're putting up formwork for the ground floor!

The skyline extender (if you can find Symphony House on the right, Arthaus will be just left to it here - but also 153 ft taller). The new Penn Hospital is on lower right.

Great find Jawn. As I've said before, when highrises line the Schuylkill River on both sides, it will weave Center City and West Philly together given the appearance of a unified megalopolis.
