That area surrounding the Pearl is exploding like nobody's business. The Broadway corridor, with it's upcoming Complete Streets upgrades, is going to help spur extended growth into the CBD and up toward Alamo Heights.

If I wasn't mistaken while driving around, the land of this development was fenced off and there was a banner up saying "coming soon". Has this been officially approved?

definitely a way prettier design. also fits sa's style more. I love the mural art on the side of it as well, definitely something that commemorates the san pedro creek and riverwalk
