I saw that rendering somewhere a long long time ago. I have thought that having two Weston Centres, and the other doubled in heigth being 888' would be very cool.

No, he means eye "soar". As in it makes you look, or soar, towards the sky, as in skyscraper. Right?

I saw a pic of the AT&T headquarters building on Flickr (the one on Houston St.) and above the entrance it says "Whitacre Tower." I didn't know the building had been renamed after the former CEO.

That would be awesome! Although I do like the skyline right now, it's not another clone city like Dallas, Houston, LA, etc.... If SA got some more high rises, I think it could be one of the best and most unique skylines in the country.
