So far, about 70 percent of San Antonio households have answered the 2010 census questions by mail, a committee dedicated to increasing the area's response rate announced Friday.

That puts San Antonio at No. 2 in the country for mail participation among large cities, just behind San Diego, Calif.

Didn't get mine until April 15th; tax day so it still sits in my kitchen. I will not answer the door if they come!!!! If you want to count me use my ss number!!!!

Don't worry, I heard they were going to send out the fines by October and if you don't pay it they will charge it out of next years income tax return.

And how do they know it's 70%? Did they do a pre-census census?
