I don't like how the preserved house is completely surrounded by concrete sidewalk. It should have been landscaped.

Me thinks the area around the house wasn’t landscaped out by the time they took photos. Starbucks opened a month after the high-rise.

Interesting that they have a concrete pad under all of those planters from the photos Urbannizer linked.

Are we sure they paved under the raised planter, or was that just Rhode Partners photoshopping out the construction mess for PR purposes?
