Rathaus is going to be an exchange station with the planned U10?

Is the planned S-bahn tunnel line in the future going to run through the new U55 stations of Brandenburger Tor and/or Bundestag, or will this future line bypass these stations and connect straight to Hauptbahnhof from S- bahn Potsdamerplatz?

Absolutely.
But I used the right pictures when I posted it.
Maybe theyve re-linked the pictures...

Anyways here are the correct ones for the Ostkreuz again:

The future of the former Tempelhof Airport:

a masterplan by Masterplan Kienast Vogt Partner / Prof. Bernd Albers:

previous plans :

Hentrich-Petschnigg und Partner / Seebauer, Wefers und Partner - Städtebaulicher Entwurf 1994

Inge Voigt - Konzeptwerkstatt 1995

Alsop und Störmer - Konzeptwerkstatt 1995

Dieter Hofmann-Axthelm - Konzeptwerkstatt 1995

To give a good idea of the vastness: a comparaison between the Tiergarten and Tempelhof in surface:

That new Tempelhof plan doesn'twork for me. The 1994 version right below the new one... that looks best out of all the ones you're showing. Not perfect, but best out of those options.

Thanks Grumpy for the latest Tempelhof Airport plan. But it doesn't say all that much.

Will it be mainly open grass, or landscaped gardens? And what will happen to the beautiful terminal building?

I know it is still in the planning phase which as you know can take several months even years to reach a final decision but I keep on searching for more detailed news.

Here's street photo of the airport building near the Paradestraße:

Here you can read the results of a online discussion held last year (in german!)

Some images:
