Yeah, just felt one about 15 minutes ago.

Very quick rumble seemed to of go from southwest to northeast.

That was the most powerful earthquake I've ever felt. I'm over in the Plateau. It was a terrifying, slow rumble and you actually felt it come from one end and move past you to the next. (unless that was just an illusion)

INSANE.

well, that was fun while it lasted..

And here I was telling my friends a few weeks ago "Yeah dude, one of the good things about moving back to Montreal from Mexico City is no more earthquakes!"

The shaking wasn't significant, but the deep-seated rumble kind of gave the impression it was powerful enough to fuck up crappy foundations... to be honest, I thought for a moment I might be in danger.

edit: twitter says 4.7, not insignificant...

USGS is saying it was only a 3.9 and epicenter in Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu.

yes ... slow rumble then it was coming... then BOOOM! lights off... it was pitch black outside.. people came out of their houses... HOnestly for thoese who say come to cali we have them everyday... keep them cause i don't want to experience it.. it is very scary stuff.
