The base of the building is badass with the stone work and all the plants. But, is that for real or just an artist's rendering. Also, on the top, is the landing part of the build, maybe for the penthouse, or just fake. The cantilever on it looks to jut out 25-30 ft.

Every render shows the good side of this tower, namely any view not from the Chestnut side. Not sure what they went with such clunky vertical lines for that piece.

It's not that bad. But there's just no reason for it to exist. I'm not sure why they didn't extend the better facade around the whole tower. I guess because they wanted to "harmonize" with the limestone base on Chestnut. But it doesn't harmonize that well, and the tower is setback from the street in any case. All in all, it's a great addition despite this flaw.

The cantilever is not that big...maybe 10-12 feet at the most.

Crane will be coming down within the next week or so depending on the weather!
