Project-over 50 floor Intelligent Building and will be built by 69 floor,249.7m

Think about HOW diffrent TWO design can construct on same place(kuemcheon)?

the real one is second design! that was designed by heeram Inc http://www.heerim.com/ <===== look at

Above image is main picture of Geumcheon-Gu(distric)'s Official News Paper(date 25th, June 2008)

Now Heerim work on detail design of S-PROJECT

According to Heerim Inc public announcement a sum of contract is 16,500,000,000 won

And project official title is "America City Queendom in Seoul"

Alot of supertalls proposed there ends up being a figment of their imagination.

And you obviously forgot you posted a thread about this building 3 months ago so I've locked the other one.

I'm first time look this WTC proposal. very huge~~~

S-PROJECT AND old WTC proposal resemble each other in "S" shape.

But old WTC proposal look more dense.
