I was shocked to see how much the building now dominates the skyline. 5 more levels to be built.

I think it “dominates the skyline” because there is no One Oak which was expected to overshaddow it.

Seeing the rendering again after some time I forgot how tall this is going to be. I had assumed it was going to be in the 8 story range. Pleasantly surprised.
