A new site plan application was filed today for what appears to be the replacement for the Cambria Hotel with the expired site plan application. It's a 14-story Fairfield Inn and Suites. The address is not the same, but it is 14-stories like the Cambria proposal. The Cambria used either 68 East or 72 East in different city documents while the Fairfield uses 76 I-35.
