I can't read it. Does it mention the louvers? Blaim Kamin somehow didn't mention them in his piece about the building.

^ No. But they did mention a "design flaw" in the headline, which got me wondering what could be this new issue...

I read through the article to find a single sentence on the flaw, better known as the blow-through. Crains just deceptively trying to sell papers.

Baited by Crain's again. I think the louvers are far and away the real design flaw. The blow-thru doesn't necessarily break the building. The louvers absolutely do. The louvers are what tourists will say "are they still constructing this building?" about.
