This project should be updated to "Under Construction". It also has a name, "The Flats at River North".

There is an article about it the San Antonio Heron website that talks about the name.
https://saheron.com/an-apartment-dev...t-river-north/

Another article talks about the construction timeline.
https://saheron.com/broadway-jones-a...-construction/

"Construction is set to begin Dec. 7(2018), according to documents submitted to the Midtown TIRZ. Tentative completion date is Jan. 31, 2021. In a TIRZ, the revenue generated from the rise in property taxes is reinvested into public improvements within the zone."

Thought about what you said Jack in the other forum and wanted to give an update to the building as of today.

Thanks for the update. What's happening behind that fence? Just leftover equipment, or something else?

To be fair it was Abbott and some of Broadway stakeholders.

I didn't know that. Thanks for clarifying. Either way, it's a big loss to everyone else.

Incorrect, this section of Broadway, south of Newell, is 100% COSA ROW. No GOP state level overreach possible here. The Broadway improvements are proceeding as planned in this section, it's not a TXDOT highway like upper Broadway.

Awesome! Too bad about the other section. Thanks for the corrected info.
