Mr. Sub has left the UC. Completed its lease at the end of May:

In April, there was a call for expressions of interest from food vendors to begin a new lease in the space. Ancillary Operations and the food services selection committee are currently reviewing the proposals. Renovations are expected to begin this summer with an anticipated opening in early fall 2017. A further announcement will be made once the successful vendor has been confirmed.

I drove by the site over lunch hour today and it looks like they're in the process of erecting the second tower. Shouldn't be much longer til it looks like a kick-@$$ construction site!

Second crane tower is now being constructed. Looked to be almost 40-50% completed this morning.

I snapped this while out for a walk around Lond Pond on my lunch break last week. Going up pretty quick now it seems.
