I went there last weekend and it was packed. I have a feeling the Dairies is going to be a very popular development. Memorial Drive is insane these days.

Colony Square Food Front

Looks like the Sukoshi sushi place is under way at Colony Square. And they are putting some kind of barriers in places at 5 Church. Planters to define an outdoor seating area, perhaps?

lillli lands Lyla Lila

Quote:
Located in the lilli Midtown building at the corner of 3rd and Peachtree streets, the food at Lyla Lila is inspired by the cuisines of southern Italy and Spain. It will include house-made pasta and wood-fired meats and seafood, along with Old World wines and seasonal cocktails.

The rear of the building is pretty big and those are new windows on the east side.

Gorgeous day for a walk, I'd love this section of Ponce to have a better pedestrian experience. There are well placed crosswalks, so that's a start
Didn't have a chance to take an updated picture but this looks finished now. Nice job on the new brickwork and substantial awnings. The first tenant will be a phone store (AT&T), hoping for a restaurant!

LTH Coffee (lane of thousand hills) coming to Novel O4W. Wondering when they’ll start opening cafes and goods surrounding historic fourth ward park. Glad to see more retail coming to north ave, though. This area has too much retail buried in a big store instead of along the street.

This is very interesting.

I had no idea this was the cause of the work stoppage. I don't know how the PPC's attitude can be that everything is fine when they don't know what caused the sinkhole in the first place!

WOW, I counted the name like 60 times plastered all over the interior of the place - just a little copy & paste I suppose.

Let's get some real restaurants, please. Looking forward to Park 27.

It's cool that they're giving Atlanta the first opportunity at this in the US....if word gets out, this will succeed esp in that area.

Search Results Web results 'Illuminarium' planned for Common Ground on Eastside Trail

https://www.bizjournals.com/atlanta/...-bustling.html
Quote:
An immersive entertainment venue is planned for a bustling portion of the Atlanta Beltline.

Called “Illuminarium,” the concept would bring a 360-degree digital projection and sound experience to the Eastside Trail, according to plans submitted in Atlanta.

The concept would take about 27,500 square feet at the Common Ground project, joining Two Urban Licks, New Realm Brewery and Bazati Hall.

“The experience will be similar to virtual reality without the glasses,” says an application filed in Atlanta. “For example, customers will be able to enjoy a virtual safari that is an interactive exhibition that will showcase the beauty and splendor of exotic animals in their natural habitats projected onto large screen on the walls, floor and ceiling.”
