Well, might as well pass this along. There will be a Surreal junior joining the ranks in about 5 months. Due date in January.

^^ We loved Panorama when we were there a couple of weeks ago - great place for young kids. We didn't hit the mini-golf course but our oldest did great on the climbing wall.

Panorama and the Invermere area is a great spot for families, my family has had a place in Pano since 1989. Love the summers and winters up there.

For sure. We have a place in Invermere but decided to stay up at Panorama for once - and loved it. It helped that the weather cooperated and we were able to stake out a spot at the pool from 10-5 every day.

The weather was awesome this year, I remember taking a week last August and our best day was about 15 degrees when we went down to the lake.

My wife is now pregnant with our first child, who is due at the end of January. He or she will be a future Calgarian, as we plan to move back to Calgary sometime in the future.

Congrats!

I imagine I'll be posting an announcement in here within 12 months too. It was always in the plans, and the amount of subtle hints about grandchildren from at least the inlaws is steadily increasing, lol.

This is going to sound really lame and soapboxy, but fuck it. Congrats on saying that it's your wife that's pregnant.

Something really rubs me the wrong way about "we're pregnant!". I'm not being an old fuddy-duddy, it just logically makes zero sense.

You may now return to your original programming.

"We're expecting," or "my wife is pregnant."

Mixing those up is not acceptable.

Woah, I had no idea my beans were spilled in this thread.

Yes, we are expecting our 1st child on September 19th and two different technicians both said that it's a boy!

We are very excited and looking forward to the up coming chaos.

Congrats to Surreal Innersoul and The Chemist.

I just can't resist.

Witty, 'splilling your beans' is how you got yourself into this wonderful situation!
