From the renderings. There are CRU's along the plaza on the 1st level. In behind that appears to be the first level food hall. Then up the escalator to the second level food hall, which appears to be the main area. Maybe the CRU's here are not CRU's and just the food hall too.

The CRU's where the Scotiabank thing is, are located towards the north end of the square. The food hall on the main level is towards the south end. From what I can tell of the renders.

I believe there's a very good reason why the skywalk connecting tower 2 and Sutton will likely not be built.

I just checked the place out. If built, large trucks and containers will possibly struck the skywalk, because it will be very low.

^ Would it be any lower than the other skywalks around there? Is there any reason why it couldn't be done on the 3rd level if the 2nd is too low?

There is a lot of value in that skywalk connection... I'd be pretty surprised if TN didn't make sure their complex was fully integrated into that network.

Yah exactly, why would it be any different than the connection to city place, it would be the same height as that connection runs through level 2 of 225 Carlton.

It would be at the same elevation as the Skywalk going over Carlton. Should be lots of room.

I also get the impression from language they've used (I think they even called it a "Parkway" at one point) that Carlton will be somewhat pedestrianized. I could be out to lunch on that, though. So hopefully few large trucks through there anyways.

Donald is two blocks away and crosses the river. Theres no use for large vehicles to access carlton except for a delivery on that street.

The existing RBCCC skywalk over Carlton is actually a little lower on one side then most of the others, and trucks go by there all the time. A little while ago if you remember, a dump truck forgot its bed was up and crashed into it. The TNS one will be fine.

And the renders show a raised crossing from the Plaza to Sutton Place – we'll see if that happens once all construction is done. Along with the raised intersection at Hargrave and Graham.

I can't tell if it's just piling for the outer shoring wall or if it's for the actual building. Or both maybe.

There is only 1 level of underground parking, and I think it's on the southern half of site. So maybe they're piling on the northern half for the actual building. Can't really tell from my vantage point.

Yes, I believe most of the people living in the RWB residence will be quite happy when all of the construction in the area is completed.
