What area? Between the tower and Camaron St is where the parking garage is going.

I think they mean the part sticking out from where the tower finally rises from the garage

The tower is now approaching 1/4 of the way up.

What makes you think that? Bank of America Tower not too far away is about same height as Frost tower is supposed to be and those cranes don’t seem that tall.

Maybe the photos don’t do it justice. When I saw the cranes in person last month they seem to have some height to go. I guess we’ll see

He's talking about the number of floors. The building will have 23 floors and it's already up to the slab of the 8th floor, although, that should be 1/3 of the way up, not 1/4.

And holy cow is the sign on the Weston Centre bright. I'm surprised I can't see it from Austin.

Yes, I was referring to the current number of floors, but it's at 6, not 8 as seen on the other side (garage); those are half floors of the main level floors. So, it's at 6 - 1/4 (close to a true 1/4).

I was typing a similar reply when I noticed yours. Considering that most of the first floors are parking levels, it is probably about 1/4 of it's total height at this point.

Huh? Even with the misunderstanding I feel there is here, I have not a clue what you are saying.

Nothing big, but provides two pictures I had never seen prior.

I am really hoping when they start construction on the garage that is it a whole new construction crew, in addition to adding more crew to the tower - one to work on the floor building and the other to work on the inside. I am guessing delays are due to few too many construction workers. Who knows, really.

Does anyone know why they remove the orange bracings for the floor two below the one they're laying rebar for, only to replace the bracings a day or two later?

The topout is 386 feet. Yes, the cranes are below that point now, but they will rise as the building is finished.

The current Frost tower is about 300'. The new one will be 86' taller. For whatever reason, the cranes are not at that level yet.

Ok cool deal, makes sense. I was wondering about that since the cranes didn’t seem as tall as they should be.
