This turned out great! Stunning design. It looks like they'll do a nice job with the streetscape and landscaping around the building too. Would love to see something similar in Philly for the next big commercial project.

As I posted before I have to apologize in that my early criticisms about this building never realized. The finished product looks great and the glass gives it a much lighter appearance than I expected.

Oxblue is showing some new wall lights pointing upwards the east side right of the bottom of the building. They blend in perfectly with the lights pointing from the riverwalk lightposts. Turned out to be a very classy plaza.
It also looks like those lines along the walkway of the east plaza might be in-ground lights shining up from the ground. If anyone can get close access to the east plaza can you take a look at this?
Thanks to Riverside I.D., I spent last evening atop 150 N Riverside's terraces. The balcony views are epic...i already envy those who will work in this spaces. Hope to have the full set edited and posted next week.
