I'm fascinated to see how in the world this will be profitable - or, how long it will take to eventually turn a small profit.

Remember, when this deal came together, it was envisioned that the developers would see this fanciful flood of foreign capital wash over the project. It was as silly and stupid a notion then as it plainly is now.

All that stated, I think it's turning out to fantastic addition. Can't wait until it is finished and open (or maybe just finished and empty - we'll see).

no they ran out of funding so cant finish with glass...need to take down the building...... .... yes its your imagination 100% ...glass has been flying up and making progress at a pace that nearly every few days your watching floors enclosed.

Dude , what have you been watching? The glass has been going up slower than snail slime on Mt. Everest. I'm guessing wind conditions at 1000 ft...no, check that, absolute incompetence of a glass manufacturer....no, wait...check that, shitty fucking crew.

Point being...It's been slow.

SSP posters have a habit of arguing over trivial things. It's truly fun to watch

Was in town a week ago and on a humid rainy nite we headed to Navy Pier. We got there a bit late but got to feel the fireworks show and decided to take the Riverwalk. We seen maybe 5 people or less and I really can't describe how beautiful and small I felt walking past Vista and her brethren....Bravo to whoever designed Riverwalk, also OBP at nite looks amazing..
