Since they completed all their proposed 400+, 500+, 600+ towers, now they're raising the bar to a 965 meter tall one.

But why put them in a sterile, unwalkable, pedestrian-repellant park-like setting? To sell more Hyundais, Daewoos and Kias?

This is actually a fairly decent design for such a huge tower, I would have to see better renderings before passing further judgement.

Anyhow, AltinD said that they had completed all their 300, 400, and 500m towers. What towers? I haven't seen these before? Can you post their names so I can get more info on them and some pictures?

It sticks out like a sore thumb if you ask me. Not many supetalls in that city to begin with if any. Well, I guess they gotta start somewhere.

If they were all of a realistic height, ie most between 300 and 350m with the odd one or two above then I'd believe they'd be built. But it's a bit rediculous that most are above 450m.

Because the decision (and ability) to build is not based off whether or not people would like to have it in their city?
