Yeah, but the police stood a good chance of catching the murderer if he sped away from the crime scene. Or we can hope he did not have a front license plate... /sarcasm

Yeah, north end is a real rough spot. I would say Vancouver, and possible Toronto have worse/equivalent areas in Canada.

As with aj1, I had a friend gunned down years ago, also an innocent.
