^ Regarding this plan above, here's the approved thing.
Just quickly posting it here because I won't dare starting any thread before it's actually under construction, lol.
It is right next door to the Duo towers under construction here, hence related to this topic.
You get a better view/idea of components added by this new project alone, that's called "Nouvel R" on this mockup.
Content of the project.
In short, blue is residential, red is offices. There's also some student housing, sport facilities, retail... A bit of everything in there, mostly blue and red anyway.
The tallest tower (le Village Vertical) is 180m tall, maximum height allowed by zoning. There should be some great penthouses at the top of it.
The shorter residential tower (la Tour Seine) is 100m tall, should be less expensive and still provided with cool views by upper floors.
Alright, that looks fine, doesn't it?
You get more info, including some façade mockups and some renders of proposals that were dismissed on
pass-archi's PRG (Paris Rive Gauche master plan) thread, with an opportunity to learn about some written French out there, lol.
We have to thank ZeusUpsistos and Vincent a lot for the good job as usual.
