Glass is up. They've created a monster. It's hard to convey how imposing this building is from street level but I tried. The base/"podium" alone is impressive. Captions describe images below them.
Dearborn and Superior looking at SW side of site.
Superior looking at SE side.
State St looking at E side.
Looks like more of an exterior of an office building - I like it a lot.

...snip...
Great set there - yes it is hard to capture the bulk and the scale - superior in particular feels more like a trench that a valley.

Simply Wow...this is what a skyscraper should look like!...nothing better than when a building completely changes the feel of a full block like this does!...its going to create so much energy at street level... hopefully this becomes more of trend of buildings of great height in this area
Nice-looking facade! Thanks to the metal panels, the total surface area will be covered with less blue glass than a typical blue glass tower, which is a step in the right direction.
The Lifetime Fitness, which is currently out on the street to bid (a good sign considering all the Virus BS), is being marketed as a "Resort". Does that mean there is a small hotel component at this tower?

They'd have to go back to the city for change of usage as no hotel was approved or ever mentioned.

I'd assume this just means the gym will have a spa rather than just a basic steam room.
quality of the glass is looking a little iffy tho... funhouse oilcan realness
I noticed that but I bit my tongue because I have high hopes for this project...

It's just that: Marketing. "We're not a gym, we're a lifestyle fitness resort."

IMO the glass on tower A looks much better in person, so hoping the rest of the project turns out as crisp looking.
I'm digging those panels too. They have an earthy creaminess that evokes stone or clay. Speaking of which, they are still pulling dirt out of the ground on this one.
