A terrible cell phone picture, but still, so beautiful.
This will be called the Millennium Tower. Does the crane mean we can move this to the highrise construction thread?

Got a picture of the tower crane and additional protection around the subway station, need to get into a building that overlooks the site to get a picture of the pit to see what is going on down there...

Try going up the parking garage across the street where the Marshalls is. Just make sure you're inconspicuous or they'll probably ask you to leave pretty quickly. Go to the 2nd to top floor, 9 I think.

The foundation pour started Saturday and will continue through the weekend. It is the largest such pour in Boston's history.

Some good pictures of the pour here

Great to see this moving forward! It's been so long since Boston built a skyscraper this tall.

The fencing around the site today had this website plastered all over it... They have started the marketing campaign for the residential portion:

No, like 3rd or 4th tallest.

Bostons 2 tallests are 790' and 750' not sure after that.

This will be Boston's third tallest. The current third tallest is the Federal Reserve Bank Building at 614'.

This will be Boston's tallest residential tower, though!

Over the fence pic 6-12-14. Looks like good progress on basement levels and the core.
