Another skyscraper for the LA Live/Convention Center area. This one is kind of interesting since it is tearing down a 13 year old luxury complex to build the hotel.
You have to wonder how long the other recently built midrises will last in this area.

The amount of 40-60 story buildings proposed or u.c around LA Live is really incredible. I believe it's around 20 in this area, with 12-15 more in the 30-40 floor range.
