I like how Aura turned out. I'm not big into the bright colors either, but they are okay as accents.

I noticed an ad for Aura I this weekend stating rent starts at $1650 a month.

Must be for the smallest suite as the ad said starting at $1650. I thought it was a bit steep.

Me think it is too. It certainly will soon, as lots of units will be coming on the market. I suspect we'll see some downward pressure on rents.
