Nice. I like the direction they're going with this. At first, I didn't really care about preserving the history of an ugly little intake building but I guess it can be cool maybe?
Although, I feel like it would be cooler to emphasize Austin rather than "Seaholm" with this area. Just make it about Austin. Visitors are not going to know what Seaholm is and it's not interesting enough for them to care about it.
