Stay in Austin in a larger and more private home in Westlake Hills or maybe the Bouldin neighborhood. I'd also have a nice vintage apartment with terrace in a well located building on the Upper West Side of NYC for frequent getaways. I'd simply rent high end housing or hotel accommodations for visits to other places.
