Definitely what Brooklyn needs more of, design wise.

Oops, I should have known it was too skinny to be a Brooklyn tower. Wonder if this is being triggered in part by the new Fulton Transit Hub.

That rendering may even be a little dated, also. NY YIMBY said this:

Quote:
The firm’s Facebook page has early renderings of the skyscraper; the depicted version looks to be roughly fifty floors, so what’s ultimately built should be far taller.
Imagine that building a third taller!

You do know that is his website don't you?

Maybe they don't have a plan for the new tower yet, but I like that design anyway. I think these towers would work well together.

What I woud like to know is if the 6-parcel plan has expanded the footprint of the development, or if they are simply using the air rights. That would give an indication of design.

It's residential, and there are a group of residential towers going up in the immediate area, and around the city itself. It's being triggered by demand.

So, they are buying the empty lot and both 90 and 94 Fulton buildings for 7 mln total? I am not an expert on real estate prices but that sounds too good to be true
