Pricing is in the area of 600.00 sq. foot. range, give or take. A while back Buzz Buzz showed on their site homes for The Park are from 700 - 2005 sq. feet ranging from 350k - 1.2 million. There are a number of suites that are actually only 500 sq. feet including the guest suite.

I suspect the 1.2 million is for the 2005 sq. foot unit located on the North East corner of the 2nd floor. This suite has a large terrace on both the North and East corners. It was originally two smaller suites that was amalgamated into one. A couple of other suites were also made larger.

The 2 Penthouse suites were for sold early and in the neighborhood of between approximately 950k for the 1400 sq. foot unit to a million and change for the 1600 sq. foot unit.
