Sweet. The Emily Morgan reallllllly needs something with height behind it. It looks so unfinished, especially from the back.

I had this thought today while staring at a map of SA...

If you trace the city limits all the way around, you get something that looks a whole lot like a mushroom...or a muffin.

Stump = downtown and southside
Cap = 90 to the west, 10 to the east and blooming up all the way to 46.

Why did I post this? I don't know. Weird.

Hmm, maybe you have mushrooms on your mind for some reason. . . .

Yea,,, They will probably build a 90 story structure in downtown Dallas. Spend $1 billion to move and then pass the cost on to their customers to pay for everything.

BTW I have no idea why city officials were surprised. It was rumored even before Stephensen became CEO.

Click on this link to get to the MySA real estate blog.

They've got a link there to a panoramic view of the SA skyline from what will be the 17th floor of the Broadway....maybe someone can figure out how to post it on here for all to see....?

Wow. Great pic. I'm already mentally adding in the high-rises I'm thinking will go up in the next 5-10 years

Nice! That's the one I've been waiting for. Is there a larger version?

Skyline view from the west (Lackland AFB). Sorry for the big size, but the skyline didn't show up very good in the smaller versions.

Didn't know where else to put this...
