Folsom St sidewalk in front of Avery now has the double row of trees just as in front of Solaire next door

and same width

back passageway still work in progress. looking east

looking west

sidewalk along Fremont is now open

as seen from the 'back', down Fremont

closer

from Clementina Alley across Fremont

I can't help thinking to myself while walking around this area that it would have the potential to be quite pleasant, but for the freeway ramps pulling and pushing traffic all through there. the pedestrian experience is severely compromised

Height Correction

I've asked this numerous times before since I can't find the way to do it. How do we get the tower's height corrected from the listed 575' to its true 618'? Would someone please do this?

This could have been renamed The Avery in the title, but I guess TB8 is fine too . It is probably six months from being archived anyway.

The Living Wall in the Alley at 400 Folsom

There is a nice living wall in the alley. I was able to walk all the way through the slit & onto the adjoining streets today.
