Apartment tower fetches $25M

A seven-storey apartment block in south St. Boniface has been sold to a group of local investors for more than $25 million.
The property's listing agent -- Trevor Clay of CB Richard Ellis Manitoba -- said they received 11 bids for the block, which is called Niakwa Park Plaza, at Archibald Street and Fermor Avenue.

does anyone know what the official capacities are for Pyramid Cabaret/Lo Pub? I tried to ask Pyramid for theirs but haven't got a response.

Pyramid is 383 if that helps. You could always go to Lo Pub and check their liquor license.

If you haven't yet noticed, google maps/earth has a nice newer (summer 2010 I think) shot covering the north half of the city, including downtown.

downloaded it! lol plus it has timeshots of 2002 (pointing it at calgary was shockingly amazing) and the SW rapid transit corridor is also shown extremely well

o wow no kiding nice view of the cmhr to

the images are from september i would say looking at my community gardens and the playground thats not even realy started to be built at norquay community center and the end of my street is got weeds growing on the new soil where they just finished redoing it.. funny seeing things on the map i created though such as piles of garbage at the end of my gorrila park i gotta get going soon
