Wow....i really like the texture of the facade. I also like the subtle notch in an otherwise squarish building. Nice tower.

hmmm... the pattern is not repeated on all the surface. Some singularities are included at least on one side of the building.
I guess they are supposed to add some character.

Great idea on the facade. It visually breaks that "boxy" appearance. 38 floors and 709 ft... ...high ceiling?

Probably high ceiling... and also facade extension at the top. Four (five ?) rows of windows are added to conceal a hollow top. I guess there will be some kind of illuminated crown at night.
