Weird comment. ^^^ It's sad that Alia didn't get the shovel in the ground earlier. Would have been a game changer for that side of the river. Though there is plenty going on over there this would have been the tallest by far. I'm all hyped that Eleven is getting built now on the the downtown side. RIP Alia. Hopefully you might come back in a different form.

Bummer that this one died on the vine, it would've been a real skyline stretcher.

Fortunately Eleven looks like it's gonna happen, and it'll be a real skyline stretcher too, so not all is lost.

This one refuses to die. Alatus has now teamed up with CRG out of St Louis to develop this 28 story tower. It will have 360 units.

^^What a Let Down from what was a nice tower to this "Blob"! A lot of this kind of crap is going up in the city!
