The balconies really are enormous. Not only are they like 10-12 feet out from the building, but they wrap really far over. We're talking like 400 sq ft of balcony space for the penthouses on the downtown side.

Re: the reduced height - I have no idea. Joe and I glanced at the construction drawings and noticed it, much to our surprise and disappointment.

I came in on this late, what is the height and amount of floors of this?

The 632'-8 must be up to the highest occupied floor. I thought the total height is to be 660 feet.

No - the highest occupied floor ends at around 590' (it's a penthouse with 14' ceilings). The 632'-8" is definitely to the top of the building. It looks like they cut the size of the crown down a bit.
