I love it too, I’m such a tower whore lol I love anything in New York that’s tall and adds density. That perfect architecture doesn’t apply here in NY, Chicago maybe but here NY is a dirty crazy mess that doesn’t follow “skyline or architecture etiquette ” and that crazy mess ends up making the city look iconic anyways. From the ugly Verizon building to the nasty housing projects New York looks disgustingly beautiful

This building is looking good. I saw it yesterday. I walked around the 911 memorial area yesterday for the first time in quite some time. This whole area is really looking stunning. I also took a long walk around the financial district and where it meets Tribeca. Walked by fearless girl. Much else. Just such a huge transformation in the last 8-10 years. Seems like there were, on average, two buildings per block undergoing residential conversions on most blocks yesterday.

^ Yeah, a lot of activity around town. So much has changed or is changing.

It doesn't look bad, imo. Just like a hotel straight out of the late '70s.

This looks like one of the most futuristic buildings to me. It uses the exposed concrete so well. I love it.

I like how it matches the WTC complex. And the glass does look well done.
