A lot of Toronto projects in the proposal thread are under construction

This is not one of them.

Just an average condo. So far.

Let's see how the top turns out before final judgement, but its not looking good in my opinion.

Looks like they walked away from the red brick accents in favor of pre-cast concrete. Which is a shame, because that's the one feature - aside from the roof - that made this one stand out from the rest of the blue/green/grey glass buildings going up around it.

I'm expecting that they'll paint the pre-cast red to create a brick veneer. It wouldn't be the first time we've seen it done in Toronto.

They're gonna paint the concrete to simulate a brick look and feel? That will, if it actually happens, bring this building up a notch, from average condo;.....to make you take notice.
