Amen

We should be at ground level by then end of this month or next month...

This building probably has the biggest impact on the skyline out of any of the projects currently under construction...

It's arguable though in comparison to Four Seasons... I'd say it's all a matter of opinion but maybe Four Seasons has the edge...

Shangri-la... get 'er done!

I'd say we'll reach ground level sometime in February!

Only 1.5 floors to go!

That's going to be a big building when it's going up...and I love how tall it's going to be...will make the west side of the downtown look a lot less stubby.

I agree... this building is gonna be a TANK! (with lots of height!)

It's really gonna balance things out..

West side T.O.:

First was RBC, then Ritz came in, all thats left is Shangri-la!!!

The Podium levels of this building are quite complex, I have a feeling that even one this one gets to ground level, it will still be some time before it takesoff for the sky.

Yeah, you're probably right... the podium is complex and they are the ground floors so it will take a long time to really get going...

We should expect the ground floors (podium) to be done by summer.... By the end of the year, this should be at about 20 stories... -maybe

Shangri La Toronto: Yes! Yes! Yes!
Houston we have liftoff and are good to
go here! This one could be at ground level
in a couple of weeks, the Podium levels
may take a good 4 to 5 months to
complete before we finally get to the
tower here, but at least the Toronto
forumers will have something to take
pictures of with the loss of MLS and Ritz
from our construction perview. We lose 3
and get 1 to replace it. As steveve boy
would say, that sucks! The good thing is
that it's 214 Meters yay!

Its hard to believe that this one is gonna be taller than the Ritz!!!

I'm so pumped for this one!!!! its gonna be epic!

*But first we gotta get to ground level (we practically have) and then, the podium/ground floors which are gonna take a while...

Some materials on the site are at or above street level... most of it is still below though...

Give it 2-3 weeks...we'll be there !

Yup!... But then we have to deal with the ground level floors/podium which will take some time... But by the end of the year i'd say we'll be at around 20 floors above ground !
