That building looks nice.

What exactly is its purpose though? What exactly is a medical mart?

Here's another update from the FEB webcam.

Looks like they've started on another row of the facade!

So has anyone got some photos of the casino? I haven't had a chance to see it yet and there don't seem to be any photos online of the completed exterior or entries.

They did a fine job at it. Im sooo hoping to get up there and take a look myself. More for the building than the games haha

From the FEB webcam, the tree and flag are up on the top of the building. So it appears that the building has topped out!!

There is also a story about the topping out online from News Channel 5.

Was downtown today for the first time in a painfully long time, and WOW was i surprised. busy busy busy. tons of people everywhere. not just near the casino where i knew there would be, but on pretty much every street i walked down between E12 and W9 and Huron and Lakeside, and even more surprising considering it was a Monday. I took plenty of gorgeous pictures all around town, including these of the big projects going on

Ernst and Young from St Clair and W9

MedMart from the mall

Sorry it's been a while - I'm sure there's more I could update but for now: new pics for Flats East Bank, Cleveland Museum of Art, MOCA, and the CWRU Student Center.

I was down at Jacobs (Nautica) Pavilion for the 311 concert this past Sunday. Here's a couple of pics of the E&Y building from the show.

A nice outdoor venue, with decent views of the city. Just a little bit different angle of the building from down there.

I'm getting tired of page 32, so here's a little bit that I learned last week (some of you probably already know this). There's an addition going onto the Western Reserve Historical Society which is going to house the refurbished carousel from Euclid Beach Park. Progress as of early September:

Here's a few pics that I found of the FEB project. Looks like they're doing some road work in the Phase II area.

So nobody in this thread has been talking about The Condos at Eleven River in Rocky River?? These things are gorgeous. Forumer Evergrey sent me the link and now I want one.

Looks like 7 are sold and the remaining 4 units are priced between $759 - $900k.

It looks like the FEB webcam has been adjusted to get a better view of the continued construction of Phase I.
