I just saw a scale model of Twelve CP on Skycrapercity and it looks MUCH better than the rendering.
Nope, still boring!

no more boring than the many condo towers in Chicago and New York, but they still help fill things in.... a city can't be all landmark towers

Oh, I disagree. Not spectacular, but a huge improvement.

I wasn't bowled over with it initially, but now after these changes, I think it has real promise.

I'm not ready to sprinkle rose petals in the path of a developer simply because they are building something over 15 storeys in downtown. I like the addition to the skyline but whats wrong with expecting (hoping) that it has a little more pizazz than a glass box?

Who's asking for rose petals ? And why should downtown Atlanta expect them ? Especially from Novare ?

Quick question, I know this has nothing to do with 12 CP, but why is there never any cars parked on the upper level of the parking deck at 30 Allen Plaza? Is it open yet? Also, don't they already have a rendering/blueprint of 45 AP, I thought I heard that construction was about to start? Back to 12 CP, I see form the diagram that parking is on the bottom of the towers, so that must mean they're still on parking? I like how all of the Novare towers have the feature that lets you view the floor plan from different view points i.e. East, West. I think it's pretty neat.

Nothing, but at least Novare is starting to break out of their box. The Atlantic, albeit still looking similiar to all their projects, looks incredible. Does anyone know if it will be raw concrete or painted? Im really hoping they keep it raw. Metropolis looks great.

I didn't really, I climbed the fence by the marta station and took some over the wall there, and then through the fence by the road.

You can go see the model now if you want. It's on display at the sales office in Midtown (formerly the Twelve-AS office, on 6th St next door to Halo).
