Are there any renders of this beast? Is it supposed to be based on the CN tower in Toronto? Or more like the Calgary tower?

That Regina render of yours is might impressive though...

Really shows how much Regina's skyline will change these next few years alone. Makes a huge impact cause they are all notable, sizeable structures.

I think Saskatoon will have some new towers too, didn't they get this proposal which is like 27 stories in addition to another one that was like 3 8-15 storey buildings together?

Hope you like it!
I know that Capital pointe is going through, but whats the status on the library centre, 1855 rose street?

1855 Rose I believe is slated to start construction in the new year. Not sure about the library though.

Chad, I wonder if you could include Hill Centre IV in that rendering? Looks really good so far!

New renders sorta!
My vision...

With tower 4 equal to 3:

With tower 4 significantly taller, accompanied by a new tallest for Sask at 110 meters:

Regina in 2040 with new office towers, a residential/hotel complex near the stadium, a major condo between the Rose office tower and the Hill towers, and a much-needed face-lift for city hall:

Sorry about the sky and the water, I don't know what happened to the pics. Hope you still enjoy them though!

If anyone wants to, try to photoshop ALT, the Convention Centre and possibly CMHR into that!
