Population predictions are ~ 11 years off (1986 they hit 180,000).

I believe the city of Regina was 150,000 or so in 1961. I was searching Stats Can, found some pop. data for Regina from 1961 to 1976...but, I forgot to save the page and now I am unable to find it

I recall fluctuation during the mid-late 1980s for Regina. They hit 180,000 in 1986, but lost a few thousand or were stable from there on until growth picked up again during the early 90s where they once again hit 180,000 (the city).

Thank you for retrieving those numbers.

No Problem. I have a few stats laying around as i had did some random population digging. Yeah if i tried to get every year that would take sometime, but yeah between those 5 years of census the population did fluctuate.

A classmate of mine found an interesting advertisement for Riversdale and I thought it might be worth sharing.

I would guess late 1960s or early 1970s, but don't quote me on that.
