But it's what Nflders sound like to other Canadians, and even some other Nflders. Probably an amalgam of accents and idioms.

Ugh, no. Nothing about that is correct. The cadence is completely foreign. It sounds like someone from Barrie, Ontario, whose parents are from here and can do the accent asked to read a script for the first time on camera. It's just so unnatural, the flow.

The liberal commercials with there great leader are hard to watch. Not even liberals themselves could be stupid enough to believe the mumbling idiot.
The Con ones are almost just as bad but at-least there lies have yet to be proven lies.

Perhaps that was what they were aiming for, a parody; apparently the actor was from Cape Breton.

That'd make sense. Cape Breton can sometimes fool me. I'm never sure which part of the island they're from (I can't tell right away like Grand Bank or Ferryland or the Riverhead neighbourhood in St. John's) but I could pass a lie detector that I'm sure they're from somewhere in Newfoundland I don't know well.

But this commercial is just SO bad. It's SO wrong. It's like hiring an Englishman to sing Molly Malone but setting it to the beat I Vow to Thee My Country. Some words are pronounced correctly but the entire thing is completely wrong without exception lol

And in turn what he attempts is obnoxious.

That's what the cons do best. Say whatever and then be proven wrong or called out on their lies when it's too late. The OCN ads are worse then any other parties ads as each time they get elected the sheep who voted for them find out they have been con'ed by the cons. Doug Fraud no plan for the people is a perfect example.

I suppose they're only seen in the greater GTA area, but I find the Oliver Jewellery "oh yeah!" commericals to be annoying and strangely endearing at the same time.

Swiss Chalets family togetherness ads are obnoxious. Have a sappy dinner and bond over chicken with as much flavour as the dirt on my boots and as much moisture as the Sahara Desert, ♪ Family Happens At Swiss Chalet! ♪. How does anyone think these commercials are anything but obnoxious.

The day he stops making ads will be a day of great celebration. He got sued by DC for one of his stupid ads.

I nominate this tool as one of the worst spokesmen of all time. Makes me never want to buy a Presidents Choice product ever again!

Looking at him again he kind of reminds me of Ned Ryerson from Groundhog Day in both personality and appearance.

It’s either this or some lousy commercial for Kelsey’s Unoriginal Roadhouse (for the last time I don’t care about Roadhouse Fest!)
The commercials for Tim Horrortons and Kelseys Unoriginal Roadhouse suck equally!

^ I find the Kelsey's commercials oddly repulsive, like they make me even less likely to want to go there.

Agreed, the ones that used the Cheers theme in the early 2000s were in a league of their own in badness . The more recent ones talke about something called two handed sandwiches, what the devil are two handed sandwiches? Last time I got a burger at Kelseys it was.......oddly repulsive.
