Ahmad Zaki wins RM309mil job
Thursday November 19, 2009
The Star Biz | http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story...7&sec=business

KUALA LUMPUR: Ahmad Zaki Resources Bhd has secured a project from the Public Works Department worth RM309.4mil to build a complex along Jalan Sultan Salahuddin, Kuala Lumpur.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Ahmad Zaki said the works were to be completed from Dec 1, 2009 to May 28, 2012.

It added that the project was expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and the net tangible assets for the financial years ending 2009 to 2012.

GREAT cladding, but what's up with the blank wall on that one side? Do any renders show how that will be clad?

Thanks, afiqnadzir! This is definitely one of the better "under the radar" projects this year (though it obviously started last year).

great update afiqnadzir! I love the glazing treatment on this tower. More architects need to experiment with glazing.
