I agree with alot of what you are saying. Yes Vegas needs, and can go higher, but there is a difference between 800' and 1,800'. and if you read, i stated that vegas needs to escape its old-time kitsch, i.e. big box resorts. This tower would not do as a tallest building in any city, resort or office or residential or whatever.

I'm sorry but but dislike this design. I love Vegas but it can do better than that.
