New renderings for this project, pretty cool. There's Sawback (local contractor) construction signage up on the hoarding now. Low to midrise infill development really accelerating here. 178 units over 13 floors.

Solid project. I love to dream about how that area will look in 10 years.

I actually liked the older design better, but if this can get built, I'll take it.

The flyover is definitely getting more interesting to drive with Meredith Block built and this will only make it more so.

I like it. Now put a stipulation in the DP where they have to put a cheap car wash in the bottom.

yeah but sad to see that the inside of that building is still pretty empty. Bad timing on that project with the current state of affairs.

Anyone know who the architect is? Very curious. It has a Toronto look but it's not very well composed. The retail in particular stick out like a sore thumb. Looks like Core but I'm leaning towards P+S.
