Not technically u/c or even being marketed (that I am aware of) but there is the Palfreyville condo planned for the lots across the street from Vendome in Sunnyside. Construction fencing is up around the lots for it.

Telus Sky, Metropolitan, and Aura aren't condominiums. A better title would be apartment or multi-family construction. Condominium only refers to the type of ownership not to the type of dwelling.

Good point. What I meant to say was residential development.

Great idea for a thread.

I'm not sure if Brentwood counts as TOD, but we have the C and D towers of University City u/c

As a suggestion, maybe we could have the running total beside the title for each section

ie... Centre City: XX Units U/C - 3344

That's the plan. Just want to get more hard numbers before I put in totals.

Should we include Mission, Lower Mount Royal, Bankview, South Calgary etc?

I'd imagine u just want larger projects, 20+ units? Be way too hard to track all the smaller projects going up.

That sounds like a good cut off point, or maybe 50 units. It'll be too hard to track all the small projects in places like Bankview.
